This job consisted of framing out exterior basement walls, building some partition walls for furnace and storage rooms, opening the stairway portion, installing ceiling pot lights and outlets, then hanging drywall on ceilings and walls with a level 3 finish.
It started with us doing the framing, then calling in our electrician to rough in all the wiring. We came and finished hanging the drywall. followed by taping. We then had the electrician back to finish up, followed by sanding and a cleanup from us. The client wanted to paint and install trim themselves.
